Our 64 unit, adult community (children welcome for limited vists) on 7.5 acres with 60' x 30' spaces. Includes electricity, sewer, water & garbage, with 6' x 12' concrete slabs. And coin operated laundry room. Public restroom and shower are NOT available.
Next door for your convenience is the Butcher Hook Complex (Bar, Restaurant, Gas Station, Hardware and Bait Shop.) Also located near by is a grocery store, bank, several bars, restaurants, bait shops & public library w/computers and WIFI.
